        Bobby Ray Had An incredible pop break out Billboard topping year with the release of his 1st album, "B.o.B. Presents the Adventures of Bobby Ray",  and still stuck to his lyrical hip hop roots. I think he should have been closer to #1 but its nice to see such a great artist make the list.
